Starwebbed AI operates on a no-refund policy. Once services have been rendered or deliverables provided, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Starwebbed AI.
Upon receiving payment for services or products, Starwebbed AI will fulfill the agreed-upon deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. The exact timeline for fulfillment depends on the nature of the service or product and will be communicated to you upon purchase or agreement.
If there are any delays in fulfillment due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control, we will communicate promptly with you and work toward resolving the situation as efficiently as possible.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta goes directly to those providers and is not refundable by Starwebbed AI.
